Elizabeth (Beth) Norton, MS, PA-C, ABAAHP

Beth Norton

Board Certified in Integrative & Longevity Medicine (A4M)
Co-Founder – Heritage Urgent & Primary Care
Co-Founder – Heritage Wound Management Specialists

Elizabeth (Beth) Norton, MS, PA-C, ABAAHP, is a seasoned clinician and healthcare leader whose work is rooted in compassion, purpose, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of her patients. Her path into medicine was driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact while building innovative, patient-centered care models.

Beth holds two bachelor’s degrees and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She has pursued advanced training in Integrative and Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and is Board Certified in Integrative and Longevity Medicine, blending traditional medical training with forward-thinking approaches to health, wellness, and disease prevention.

In 2014Beth and her husband, Ronald Norton, co-founded Heritage Urgent & Primary Care, building a practice known for its high-touch, relationship-based approach to medicine. Beth continues to lead the clinical side of the practice, providing primary and acute care, anti-aging therapies, hormone optimization, gut health treatment, weight management, and comprehensive functional medicine services. She is especially passionate about helping patients live healthier, longer, and more vibrant lives.

Recognizing a growing need for advanced wound care—especially among patients with transportation challenges, complex comorbidities, or difficulty accessing specialty clinics—Beth partnered with Dr. George Isaacs and Ronald to co-found Heritage Wound Management Specialists. This innovative model brings specialized wound care directly into patients’ homes and post-acute settings, improving continuity of care, accelerating healing, and easing the burden on hospitals and clinics.

Beth’s healthcare philosophy centers on treating the whole person. She emphasizes sustainable lifestyle and dietary changes that promote longevity, reduce chronic inflammation, and support optimal wellness. Her integrative perspective also informs the patient-focused operations and clinical framework at Heritage Wound Management Specialists.

She remains inspired by advances in Integrative and Longevity Medicine, especially the evolving science around metabolic health, women’s health, internal aging, and inflammation.

Outside of her clinical work, Beth enjoys cooking, staying active, watching great films, and sharing laughter (and the occasional glass of European red wine) with family and friends.
